Exercise

Do we have any fitness buffs out there? Well I will tell you, it is not easy for me. I have started walking with a group of co-workers and I am so out of shape. But now that my money is on the line I guess I better step it up a notch. A group of us are putting $1.00 in a pot for 5 week intervals to see who looses the highest percentage of weight. We walk in the mornings and do group exercise in the afternoon. It was the best way for me to stay motivated I think. The job is also starting a weight watchers program but after weighing the cost(no pun intended) $186.00 for seventeen weeks with weight watchers or $17.00 for seventeen weeks with the co-workers I think it was an easy decision. If anyone has any health and fitness tips please feel free to share.

The only health tip I have is eating making fruits and vegetables a major part of your meal, and reduce sugar intake. When I came to United States, I was a size 2, but guess what? After two kids, and working late shifts, I am a size 10. Unbelievable!!! I am working towards going back to at least a size 6. I do not want to be size 2 though.

I lost quite a bit of weight a couple of years ago. I did it by eating right and exercise. All I did was walk every other day for about 30 minutes and did some toning exercises a couple days a week. It always easier when you work out with others ( at least to me). Good luck!!!

You should eat alot of green foods and only eat three meals a day and 2 snacks. After 7 you shouldn't eat anything else until the next day. I know thats hard but that what we suppose to be doing. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

Whatever you do just make sure you're having fun. If you have kids take them outside and run with them. It'll be easier if your having fun.
